Open Positions

PROJECT ENGINEER

$40-$45 per hour, depending on experience 

An ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the owner/principal (as well as some of the most talented and accomplished architectural firms in the area) on a wide variety of projects while quickly advancing your career. The ideal candidate will be able to transition into a Project Management position within 18 to 24 months of coming on board and begin guiding junior engineers on design related tasks.  

Your Role:

  • Assist in the preparation of civil engineering plans in Civil 3D and AutoCAD to company standards

  • Work with senior staff on design and engineering calculations

  • Produce accurate plans for grading, street improvements, water, sewer, and storm drain systems

  • Work effectively in a collaborative environment consisting of multiple disciplines

  • Assist with both public and private projects throughout the state of California

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from accredited university

  • 3-7 years of experience in land development engineering 

  • Proficiency drafting plans in AutoCAD

  • E.I.T. Certified

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams

  • Willingness to grow by acquiring new skills and knowledge
