Company Overview
SLO Civil Design was founded to help meet the high demand for quality civil engineering consultation along the Central Coast, and we strive to deliver a personalized approach to customer service that is often not found at larger firms. In an effort to keep up with intense workloads, many engineering firms are forced to rely heavily on junior engineers. Once a contract is signed, clients may find themselves quickly assigned to less experienced staff by a firm’s principals or project managers. This can result in “on-the-job training” for the junior engineer at the expense of the client, and cause costly delays to the project.
At SLO Civil Design our clients will always be served by an experienced engineer who will remain your point of contact throughout the life of your project.
We take pride in advocating for our clients with the intent of streamlining the project approval and permitting process. We believe our emphasis on communication sets us apart from the competition. Whether it’s spending the time required to fully understand a client’s goals and resources, or coordinating with permitting agencies to reveal potential obstacles in obtaining project approval up front, it is effective communication that can make the difference in a project’s success.
